In Tribeca, Manhattan, a tight-knit and active family seeks a proactive, fun, and loving full-time, travel weekend nanny for their two children, ages 3.5 years old (b) and 2 years old (b).

The general schedule is as follows:

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from approximately 7:30 / 8:00 am until the evenings or overnights.

4 - 5 additional hours will be provided on an agreed-upon regular weekday to meet a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

This position is live-out while in the city and live-in for the Hamptons and other locations outside of the city.

An Uber will be provided for late evenings working in the city.



Job responsibilities include but are not limited to;

Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities to stimulate play and interaction.

Coming up with fun, creative, and engaging activities.

Reading to the children.

Diaper changes, dressing the children, and bathtime.

Restocking diapers and wipes and other child-related products.

Maintaining the schedules for naps and feeding.

Children’s laundry.

Meal preparation for the children and kitchen clean-up afterward.

Keeping the children’s room and the main spaces clean and tidy.

The right candidate will be warm, genuine, active, playful, and seeking a long-term position for many years to come in this capacity as a full-time weekend nanny.

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant nanny experience.

Ability to travel internationally and domestically (mainly domestic)

Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Clean background check.

Able to commit to at least one year.

2-3 relevant references.

The flu vaccine, up to Date TDAP vaccine, COVID vaccinated and boosted (or willing to get boosted)

Must feel comfortable in the water in case of emergency.



The ability to drive is a plus but not required.

Spanish and English speaking is also strongly preferred, as the children are in a Spanish speaking immersion school, but it is not required for the job.
