A fun and lively family on the Upper East Side is seeking an overnight nanny for their twin 13-year-old sons to start around Labor Day. The position is a live-in nanny role overnights only from 6pm to 8am Monday through Friday (starting Monday evening and finishing Friday morning). There are no day shifts included in this role, apart from occasional *optional* day shifts when the children are home due to school closure. This position is only active during the school year, between September and June. There are no working hours or pay provided during the 12-week period over the Summer.

Upon arrival, job responsibilities include taking over from the daytime nanny, preparing and serving dinner for the twins, ensuring their homework is done and they’re getting ready for bed. The children typically sleep 10pm to 6:45am. In the mornings, the nanny will need to begin preparing breakfast at about 6:15am, get the boys up and ready for school, and walk them ten blocks to school for drop-off by 8am. Then, you will be fully off-duty during the hours of 8am to 6pm. Other responsibilities will include light tidying and laundry for the children, including keeping their rooms straightened. It would be a huge bonus if the nanny is open to cooking dinners for the boys or the whole family a few evenings per week. The ideal candidate is easygoing and tidy.
