Part time Nanny in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn

A tight-knit and loving family in Brooklyn is seeking an active, fun, and reliable PT nanny for their 3 boys, ages 6, 3.5, and 3 weeks old!

This position starts as soon as possible. There is a baby nurse / NCS caring for the newborn and the mom is on maternity leave. This position will mainly be with the older boys from school pick up until bedtime around 7:30-8m.

The general schedule will be 2:30 pm - 8 pm, Monday through Friday.



Job responsibilities include everything relating to the well-being of the children, including but not limited to;

Taking the children to school, activities, the park, and coordinating playdates.

Engaging and stimulating the children with fun and age-appropriate activities.

Meal preparation for the children.

Helping to keep the children on a schedule.

Children's laundry.

Restocking child-related items.

Keeping the main spaces of the home and the children’s room clean and tidy, including floor areas where children are crawling and playing.



The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of relevant nanny experience and will be energetic, playful, kind, punctual, dependable, compassionate, and enthusiastic about nurturing the children’s interests.

Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills, excellent references, sound judgment, and interest in a long-term nanny position to be with the family for years to come.

Infant care experience would be helpful but it’s not required.

Requirements:

2+ years of nanny experience with multiple children.

Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

Clean background check.

CPR/First Aid certified for adults and infants (or willing to get it renewed).

Vaccinated.

Salary: $35.00 + gross hourly based on credentials.
