A busy Raleigh-Durham-area family, needs to hire an experienced and reliable afterschool Family Assistant to work as an extension of the parents and ensure the children (pre-teen and teenagers) are taken care of and the home is running smoothly. Responsibilities include: school pick-up & transporting the children to afterschool activities, overseeing & assisting with homework, managing the children’s busy schedules, scheduling & overseeing household vendors, pet care, helping to keep the home tidy, and assisting with some family laundry. The family requires a licensed driver and someone with a strong command of the English language. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 2 to 8pm.
