NATIONWIDE SEARCH: SAN ANTONIO, TX- CEO & Homemaker with three amazing girls ages 8, 7, 4 years old and one adorable 9-month-old boy, ISO a professional, charismatic, high-energy FULL-TIME NANNY to join their bustling, demanding, household! They are also open to a LOCAL TEMPORARY SUMMER NANNY until school starts. Private guesthouse provided on the property with full kitchen, living, bedroom and bath. Pets are not allowed. They have one labradoodle, one tortoise, ten chickens and three fish, must love animals! They are seeking someone who is fun & hands-on, super engaging and interactive, attentive, and who truly appreciates the magic of children! This job is demanding and accommodating around the family's influx schedule. Pay is open + PTO + full benefits and car provided. They are looking for someone who is very flexible in their approach and understands life happens; you can be organized and follow a schedule; but they do not want anyone too rigid. Ideal candidate is calm and patient, has a great sense of humor, is firm but caring, proactive and self-motivated. Safety is of the utmost importance. Must be professional and prompt. The family does not have a lot of time to train a nanny. Must be willing to jump with both feet first. Must be vigilant and able to keep a watchful eye on ALL children. They truly value privacy and loyalty!



Schedule is part-time evening help M-F (ie. 2PM-8PM) and heavy weekends (Saturdays 10AM-10PM and Sundays 12-8PM). They do have a housekeeper who also helps with the infant 7:30AM-4PM M-F. Duties will include: wrangling older children to and from school & activities (gymnastics, tennis; running errands, etc.). You are in charge of their school calendar and always being two steps ahead to help best prepare them for the following day! The job requires heavy travel (vacation, family work trips, ranches, beach house) and who is also capable of managing full care when the parents travel without the children. Vaccines are not required but might be required for travel, so must be open to it. Must have a valid passport and be an advanced swimmer (lakes, oceans, pools). MUST have experience swimming with children. MUST be a good driver and used to driving in cities (will do carpool with other children, run errands, take children to and from school and activities, take children out around town- zoo, children's museums, birthday parties). They are open to relocating the best fit and ASAP!



The children are just a trip! The eldest is emotionally aware, a bit anxious, very creative, intelligent, caring, and a perfectionist. She likes rules, loves playing and being with friends. The 6 yr old is very physical and sporty but also loves make up and dress up. She is social and loves her big sister. The 3 yr old is shy, momma's girl, sweet, caring, loves to help. She does not like to be by herself. She is playful, loves babies and playing. The 3 month old boy is a chill, easy baby. He likes to be held a lot. They live in a high-end part of town and within walking distance to everything!



Their household staff is a family who has been with them for 8 yrs, and have set daytime hours. Nanny will not have overlapping childcare and will be fully responsible for children during working hours. Must get along with long term staff. Ultimately, they are looking for someone who can collaborate with discipline in the household. They are seeking a full time nanny so they can spend more quality time with kids individually and in smaller groups vs a lot of quantity now. They are open to someone that will be proactive and offer suggestions. They need a worker among workers that has a balance of humility and confidence. They are a very generous family and very loyal once there is a good fit.
