About the job

A close-knit, bustling family in Greenwich, CT, is seeking a warm, loving, professional nanny for their children, ages 5.5, 2, and and 4 months old.

The family can guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and they can accommodate additional hours for candidates seeking more than 40 hours (either during the week or on weekends).

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to everything relating to the children’s care and well-being:

Engaging the children in age-appropriate developmental activities.

Managing and maintaining the children’s schedule, taking them to school and activities, planning playdates.

Children’s laundry and keeping the children’s rooms and the main spaces clean and tidy.

Reading with the children, and active/imaginative engagement.

Meal planning and preparation for the children.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of FT nanny experience and be thoughtful, caring, energetic, proactive, organized, passionate about children’s healthy development, honest, a great communicator, and interested in a long-term position for many years come.



REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years of relevant nanny experience with children of similar ages.

Live out candidates must live close to Greenwich, some days will start at 7:00 am.

Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Flexible with the schedule. Willingness to stay overnight on an infrequent basis is a plus.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Clean background check.

Legally permitted to work in the U.S.

The ability to travel domestically a few weeks out of the year is a plus.

2-3 relevant references.

Fully vaccinated.



Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Ten days of vacation, five sick days, paid major holidays, others can be negotiated.
