About the Agency

About the job

Full-Time Family Assistant/Nanny Needed ASAP in Hollywood! They have two boys ages 4 + 6. Their 6 year old is autistic and has his own nanny, but there will occasionally be overlap so they need their 2nd nanny to also have hands on experience with children on the spectrum + be confident in their ability to manage both children at once.

They anticipate that they will need some flexibility with the schedule, but generally, it will be a Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM role (40 hours/week minimum)! The division of duties is going to be roughly 70% family assistant tasks + 30% childcare. Rate is $35+ Gross Depending on Experience (rate is relatively open and they will compensate accordingly if you have special needs + family assistance experience!).

This family is looking for a progressive nanny that has a great sense of humor and is incredibly detail-oriented. They are looking for a true professional who does not require extensive training, they will ensure you get up to speed but ideally they’re looking for someone who has experience keeping a household running and knows what needs to get done. Your FA duties will involve overseeing home repairs, grocery shopping, keeping the fridge stocked and organized, researching classes and activities for their 4-year-old, and assisting with forms pertaining to their older child. Your childcare duties will involve entertaining their 4 year old from 1PM-5PM; planning activities, taking him to the park, doing arts and crafts, etc! ALL candidates must be fully vaccinated + boosted for COVID to be considered.

There is a puppy at the house as well, but he spends his time outside and you won’t have any responsibilities pertaining to him (but they would love someone who likes dogs!). They are looking to interview and hire as early as next week, so don’t miss out on this one! Apply now!
