VICTOR, ID (NATIONWIDE SEARCH): Incredible family near Jackson Hole seeks a FULL-TIME NANNY/EDUCATOR for their 10- and 11-year-old boys! They are looking for someone who can help teach them in the mornings (typically from 10am-noon), and plan fun excursions and playtime outside of the home during the afternoons! They seek someone who can educate them in a more unconventional classroom setting. Someone who can create fun, hands-on, expansive curriculum based on topics the boys express interest in learning! Afternoons can be spent on a related excursions to learn more outside of the home! They seek a nanny who enjoys hiking, camping, spending time outdoors and experiencing life with them! Someone who can act as an older brother or sister and act like a mentor and guide to explaining their life.


The boys are super fun and outgoing. They are strong, independent and outgoing. They start their day with affirmations, walk their dogs, fluff their pillows, do gratitude journals and drink their green juice! They are incredibly independent, mature and are treated like adults. They are incredibly empowered and love to learn and enjoy all life has to offer.
They are a family of love and harmony. They are all about high vibrational living. They listen to positive music, love each other every day and are best friends. They seek a positive, loving, humble, grateful human that fits into the tribe. One that mindful and loves teamwork and is willing to lend a helping hand. Someone who can contribute to the energetic feel of the home and love, guide and teach their children about the world! They prefer that religion not be brought into the home. Just love, fun and a positive vibe!


Position can be LIVE IN or LIVE OUT. Live in accommodations consist of a private bedroom and bathroom in their 4,000 square-foot home. Bathroom may need to be shared when they have guests, or their college-age boys visit occasionally. They have a home staffed with a chef and housekeeper, as well as two dogs (no allergies!). They prefer that the nanny have their own vehicle but are willing to provide a family car for use as well.


Hours are flexible, 40+ hours guaranteed per week. Schedule is somewhat flexible. They typically use mornings for “classroom” learning time from 10am-noon and spend the rest of the day exploring, playing and exploring outside of the home! Must be flexible for occasional overnight and travel. Mom will go on tour soon and would love for the nanny to join along with the boys! Occasional overnights/house sitting as well if and when the parents/family travel with or without the kids in tow.

Ultimately, they seek a nanny who can be an educator, mentor and friend. Someone who blends in with the family and is ready to be an extension of the parents, roll up their sleeves and jump in to help where help is needed! Must be a self-start who takes initiative. Someone who can be a teammate with the parents and help with laundry, dishes, etc. and help without being asked to do so. Someone who brings value, positivity and contribution to the home.


Pay is ideally $25-30/hour, but negotiable depending on experience and skillset. Benefits are also negotiable. Start date is ASAP!
