A kind and thoughtful family in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of Manhattan is seeking a full-time live-in nanny for their one toddler. The schedule will vary due to the parents' schedules, but typically includes about 60 hours per week Monday through Friday, about 6:30am to 6:30pm. They are open to both 5-day and 7-day live-in options and will provide comfortable accommodations and all meals while on duty.

Job responsibilities will cover all care of the child, manging of their routines and schedule, preparing meals, and keeping their spaces and belongings clean and tidy. Both parents work in busy jobs, so the nanny should be proactive and self-sufficient while keeping them informed and working as a team to facilitate the ideal care for the child. The ideal candidate is a flexible team-player with a warm and positive disposition. They're looking for someone playful and engaging who will initiate games, activities, and outings that stimulate their child's curiosity and development. This family treats their employees well and value mutual respect. They want a nanny who can grow with them and become a member of their family long-term. A COVID vaccination is preferred.
