NATIONWIDE SEARCH! LOS ANGELES, CA (Weho) - Amazing family in the entertainment industry (comedy writers) looking for a FULL-TIME FAMILY ASSISTANT / NANNY HYRBID for their two boys ages 4 and 6 years old! Their boys are the best of friends & love each other and love hanging out and playing ninja turtles. They love superheroes and rarely do crafts, but prefer to play fight. But they are very gentle and like to play being doggies and being treated like babies sometimes. Their 4-year-old is hilarious and empathetic and fun, very advanced in language. He can be very stubborn at times but generally a good time. Their 6-year-old is autistic and can be tricky. He's loving and communicative. However, his speech is delayed and he can get frustrated and it's hard for him to communicate what is wrong. He has difficulty in social scenarios but is very popular with other kids and likes to play with them.



Ultimately, this fun, young family is looking for someone wth a high emotional intelligence and a high level of common sense. Someone who is meticulous and thoughtful in their approach; someone who is hyper-organized and great at making lists & checking them off, is ideal! They are searching for a seasoned JACK or JILL-OF-ALL-TRADES 'badass' who can come in and hit the ground runnning! Must be razor-sharp, quick, with a great sense of humor & personality who works well with others.

They embody a true team environment, and have vibrant, chill vibe overall. You will be their right hand in handling all house-related duties. There is another full-time nanny and parents are present, dad has assistants in and out, but you will primarily be in charge of handling household tasks like facilitating maintenance & repairs, running errands, grocery shopping, etc. They have a dog who is well-trained and great with kids, must be an animal lover! Candidate must be double vaccinated for covid 19, ideally others like tdap, influenza, but open for discussion. Ideally, this person has prior knowledge in how to run a household but also comes equipped with the experience and passon for working with special needs children, specifically those with Autism. Ideal candidates is proactive, creative, thinking, always researching and presenting ideas to the table and already having solutions readily available. Candidate must be a flexible even though you are typically 9-5, some days/ weeks might consist of weird hours where they need you to stay late or work weekends.



Pay is commensurate with experience ($30-40/hr gross via payroll). Must have a prisitine driving record as you will help wrangle the 6-year-old all over the city for various therapy/ appointments. Overnight and travel is a possibility but not necessarily a requirement. Looking for the best fit as soon as possible, but willing to wait as they are hoping this person stays for the long-term!
