Schedule: M/T/W/F: 8 am - 6 pm Family is flexible here.

Children: 5 month old

Compensation: $25-$35/hour

Our clients are first time parents, seeking care for their 5 month old baby boy, starting in late June/ early July 2022. They own a camper van build/rental company, and both work mostly from home. They enjoy the outdoors, and you can catch them hiking, biking, or skiing throughout the year. They love to travel and chase their next adventure, and are looking for someone that is excited to join on their frequent trips with baby. This household values gentle parenting, and would appreciate a nanny who understands the importance of adhering to the baby's schedule. Big plus, if nanny also enjoys the outdoors. :)


Primary Responsibility


Feeding, changing, naps, play, walks, reading & planning activities for baby.

Journal daily naps & feedings

Baby’s laundry – cleaning, organizing and putting away clothes

Change sheets/changing table pad and vacuum/dust his room when needed, at least once per week

Reordering items we are running low on needed for his care (any products, diapers, creams, etc.)

Making sure diaper bag & changing stations are stocked

Cook /prep his food when he eats solids/bottle prep, and cleanup of food prep and bottle/pump parts

Indoor and outdoor play

Entertainment without use of screens

Educational activities and crafts

Organize/rotate/sanitize toys and books as needed

Pack and unpack his items for travel

Organizing clothing he grows out of into storage bins

Occasionally watching one other child during playdates or time with family visiting


Secondary Responsibility


Kitchen, living room, dining room clean up – vacuum, wipe down counters & general tidying

Dishwasher loading and unloading

Help taking out trash and recycling

Occasional household laundry & assistance with organizing

Assist with grocery shopping or neighborhood errands


Expectations

Minimum 5 years experience, with at least 2 of those with infants

Up to date on all shots/vaccines, including Flu, Tdap & COVID

Up to date CPR certification/First Aid

No perfume or strong scents

Limited phone usage while Baby is awake

When going up and down stairs hold Baby with both arms and/or use railing


Vacation

Two weeks paid vacation with 3 months notice

7 paid Holidays
