A lovely family on the Upper West Side with two children ages 3 and 6 is seeking a nanny starting in early September. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm with occasional flexibility needed for nights or days off school.

The older child has school until 2:30pm and the younger child is typically in daycare until 4pm, though that timing may change as she begins more formal pre-school. The job responsibilities will include care and engagement of their two daughters in the after-school hours.This will include taking them to and from activities, keeping both children organized and managing their routines including meals, and keeping their spaces and belongings neat and tidy with light housekeeping tasks. The ideal candidate is engaging, warm, and energetic. The family spends about two weekends per month outside of the city in Long Island, so someone who would be open to joining them would be a huge plus, and even better if someone could join them for part of the week during summers.

For this position, the nanny must be fully vaccinated for COVID with a booster. Driving skills and swimming skills are a plus. Pay will be fully on the books, so do apply with your gross amount listed. If you're interested and legal to work in the US, apply to EB265.
