Part time Nanny in Cincinnati, Ohio

Schedule: 24 guaranteed hours/week Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri 6hrs/day (Family has flexible hours)

Children: 3-year-old, 18-month-old, & newborn

Compensation: $22-$25/hr + signing bonus

An active, kind family of soon to be five and their Bernadoodle in Cincinnati, Ohio (Indian Hill neighborhood) is seeking an energetic and playful nanny to care for their two sons and help with their newborn coming July 2022.



Their inquisitive, playful 3-year-old son has a big imagination. He loves imaginative play, new things, and playing with cars and trucks. He enjoys playing outside, movies, friends and 1:1. He attends preschool on Mondays and Fridays from 8:45am to 11:30am and on Wednesdays from 8:45am to 2:30pm. His caring, charismatic 1.5-year-old brother loves everything that his older brother is doing. He is more academically focused and loves learning the ABC’s, colors and numbers. He will be attending a toddler program in the fall on Mondays and Fridays from 8:45am to 11:30am. This adventurous family enjoys going to playgrounds, the pool, watching movies, hiking with their dog, spending time with other family, and going out to eat. Dad sometimes works from home and mom is often home and will be interacting throughout the day.



This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, creative, playful, and enjoys doing crafts/educational activities with children. This family values kindness, clear communication, initiative, trust, and someone who has a bubbly personality. This family hopes to find a nanny that can follow clear directions and be flexible. Responsibilities include all child-related tidying and care. The family has a 5-year-old Bernadoodle who loves to be involved, so please be comfortable with pets.



Requirements:

· Minimum of 3 years of recent, professional, paid childcare experience

· High school diploma

· Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle

· At least 21 years of age

· Comfortable with pets

· Comfortable swimming

Schedule:

The schedule is part-time, guaranteeing 24 hours/week, with the general schedule falling on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. The family is open to discussing specific hours with each candidate. Someone who is open to working occasional weekend hours would be ideal for this family.



Compensation:

The family is offering $22-$25/hour, based on 24 hours/week, which equates to $528-$600/week.



All rates are commensurate with experience, credentials, longevity with past employers, and level of completed education.



Benefits:

The family is open to providing benefits including a signing bonus of $500 after the first 30 days of employment, paid time off, paid major holidays, and mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate (62.5 cents/mile) for on-the-job travel.
