Full time Infant Nanny in Tribeca, New York

A sweet young family in TriBeCa is seeking a full-time nanny for their new baby boy. The position will begin in September when the baby is four months old, and the schedule will be Monday through Friday, approximately 8:30am-7:30pm. Both parents will be working from home two or three days per week, and will likely be able to accommodate several shorter days if desired.

Duties include everything related to the baby, including keeping his spaces tidy and organized, managing his clothing and laundry, and overseeing his sleep and feeding schedules. As he gets older the nanny will prepare food for him as well. The family is looking for a nanny who has recent infant experience, and is interested in and knowledgeable about infant and toddler development. They would love to find someone who is proactive in planning activities and outings that stimulate his growth and development. The parents hope to find a nanny who is knowledgeable and can be a guide to them, while respecting their preferences when it comes to raising their child. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, loving, organized, and will have a calming presence.

The family does travel several times per year, and would like to find a nanny who is willing and able to accompany them. The ability to drive would be a bonus, but is not required.
