Newborn Nanny in Playa Vista, California

PLAYA VISTA, CA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED)- First time parents seek a FULL-TIME NANNY for their newborn baby boy from 8/9am-4/5pm Monday-Friday. Mom is currently staying at home while on maternity leave but will return to work, working in the home remotely, in September. Must be comfortable alongside mom. Teamwork is key! They seek a nanny who is experienced with newborns/infants. Someone who can share ideas with the parents but also let them take the lead and follow their parenting styles and preferences. Must be fully vaccinated for all childhood vaccines (Hep, Tdap, Flu, etc.) including COVID (not mandatory, but preferred). Must be willing to wear a mask around the infant for the first month of the baby’s life until he can get his immunizations, as they are doing a modified vaccine schedule. Duties in addition to childcare include running errands, grocery shopping, meal prep from time to time, laundry (baby’s laundry as needed and family’s laundry once per week), organizing baby’s items, and light housekeeping. They have a monthly cleaning service, so no deep cleaning. However, they are neat, tidy people who keep a clean home and would look to their nanny to follow the same expectations around neatness. Pay is $25-30/hour DOE. Benefits include paid sick days, holidays and vacation. Must be willing to sign an NDA. Start date is ASAP!
