Part time Nanny in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire

A lovely opportunity has arisen for an afternoon and school holiday nanny to look after two boys aged seven and three. This professional and friendly family live in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, in a spacious house with a large garden. They are looking for an active nanny who likes to have fun.

The boys enjoy being outside, going to the park, playing football and playing on their trampoline. They like to have fun on their bikes and scooters. Building Lego is also a firm favourite.

During term time, the nanny will have an hour at the house before the school pick up, to get organised, make sure the boy’s rooms are tidy and make a start on preparing the dinner. Although not a priority, any help with the children’s laundry and emptying the dishwasher would always be appreciated, to help keep the home running smoothly.

As well as the school pick up, the nanny will take the boys to any after school clubs and keep them entertained until their parents return from work.

In the school holidays when the hours are increased to full days, the parents are keen for the children to go on outings and day trips, meeting up with friends for playdates, making sure that the children are happy and safe at all times.

The nanny should be a careful and confident driver with a clean licence. There is a car to use while on duty.

The family is happy for the nanny to bring their own child.

Minimum experience Level for this job: Two years
Details of any training needed for this job: Enhanced DBS (update) and 12 hour Paediatric First Aid
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Childcare if possible, but experience essential

Hours of work: Term Time (39 weeks) – 14.00 – 18.00, School Holidays (13 weeks) – 08.30 – 18.00

Pay: £15,652 gross per annum
