Part time Nanny in Kingston upon Thames

Family in Kingston are looking for a five day part time nanny to care for two children almost 4 and 9 months. The role would start as soon as the right person has been found – can accommodate notice periods. Monday – Friday 1-6pm but could offer 12 noon until 6/7pm if preferrred. The ideal person would be enthusiastic, bubbly and happy to muck in with family life (some laundry/hoovering, etc.) and be someone naturally happy around children with a positive attitude. Happy to play games, stimulate through playtime, happy to suggest and be proactive about activities. But also at the same time, essential to tidy up afterwards and muck-in with some household chores such as ad-hoc hoovering, laundry and ironing, washing-up, emptying and loading dishwasher, unloading grocery deliveries in the fridge, taking out bins etc. The family also employ a cleaner so it is not required to do any heavy cleaning. More a willingness to assist in day-to-day maintenance and household upkeep. Dad is office based three out of five days and works from home typically on a Thursday and Friday. Mum is a busy stay at home mum. This is not a complete sole charge role, however, in time the nanny may be required to care for the children on their own from time to time during the day. A driver is not needed. Pay and display parking where they live but happy to negotiate to cover the cost of temporary permits for the right candidate. The family have two sausage dogs.
