A lovely family in Hampshire are seeking a daily Nanny to support their children’s development and learning four days per week. The Mum is expecting her third child in November. The role will be sole care for two children for the first year. The eldest son will be turning four in August and attending nursery full time in the autumn and the youngest daughter will be turning two in October and attending nursery part time. The family’s third child is due in November, and Mum will be at home to care for the youngest until it’s a year old and Mum then plans to return to work. The nanny will then have sole care of all three children, the oldest two will both be at nursery full time by then and the youngest will be at home full time. During the school holidays all three children will be at home (though Mum and Dad will take as much time off as possible for family holidays during these periods). The family are therefore looking for an experienced nanny who is happy and confident managing all three children. The family have two cleaners who come twice a week and take care of the house and the family laundry and a weekly gardener. Therefore, the nanny will not be required to undertake any additional household duties. The family are happy to offer a competitive salary with an annual pay rise and bonus.

General duties:

Taking son and daughter to nursery and picking them up
Looking after both whilst they aren’t at nursery
Preparing children’s lunch and dinner
Maintain established routine – they are great eaters and sleepers
Preparing activities that support development
General childcare duties
Prepare nursery clothes and bags
Keep playroom tidy

Candidate requirements:

Driver is desired
Self-starter
Happy to work alongside Mum and independently
New-born experience
