Maternity Nurse in Blackpool, Lancashire

So many good things come in pairs, and these tiny twins are no exception. This family from Blackpool, Lancashire have welcomed twin girls in March and are looking to be introduced to a local nanny/maternity nurse who can support them in this wonderful journey with them

The family are keen to be introduced to an experienced and qualified maternity nurse/ newborn nanny who will be able to provide support as the twins who were born premature and do need special attention .You’ll be there to offer hands on support to these lovely first time parents with feeding advice , nappy changes and post natal care.They already have a maternity nurse who comes 6 nights a week and need additional support now Sunday nights and then for two days per week 10am-around 8pm.

If you can only do the days or the nights please do still get in touch as there is flexibility on this.

Suitable non-medical qualification would be NEST (New-born Education Services Training) Level 3 or above, MNT Level 3 or similar.

Nights: 1 nights per week, Sunday
Hours: 8pm -8am
2 full Days any day - 10am-8pm
Start date: as soon as possible
Duration: the nights will probably finish after 10 weeks but the days will continue as a permanent position.
Essential requirements

Fully enhanced DBS (criminal record) check. Agency will assist
Paediatric first aid
Checkable references
Previous experience working as a private maternity nurse or as an experienced baby nanny with twins experience,
Relevant qualification or certificate, eg NEST, MNT, BabyEm, HATA, Midwifery etc.
