Permanent part time daily Nanny in Putney, London

Daily permanent nanny needed for family in Putney to care for three children 12 months, 4.5 and almost 6 years when the role starts in March 2022. Three days per week (Monday to Wednesday). Hours would be as follows 7.45am – 5.30pm Monday, 7.45am -6pm Tuesday and 7.45am-7pm Wednesday. The ideal candidate will get down on the floor and really play with the children and who is creative in making up games. Looking for the nanny to be well presented, organised, responsible and punctual as well as happy to take direction and happy to muck in (keeping kitchen tidy, tidy and put away children’s toys and clothes, clean toys, organise children’s bedrooms, help with children’s washing, cooking for the children – the family have a cleaner so no heavy cleaning required). They should be a good communicator and be able to take the initiative. A driver is not needed and there is no parking for an owner driver. The children’s school is a 15 min walk up Putney Hill so the nanny should be happy to walk this and also be happy to take the children to various activities and playdates. That said when the nanny starts the family will be in their temporary accommodation for about another month whilst they are having building work. The walk is then likely to be around 20/25 min then. The ideal person would live relatively close by and be able to walk or cycle although the parents are happy to consider candidates needing to use public transport albeit not have too long a commute to ensure longevity in the role. As the boys will be at school/nursery, mornings will typically be spent with the baby and with house/nursery duties. The family has a dog (Cockapoo).
