Long term daily Nanny in Richmond, London

A lovely family are looking for a full time, long term nanny to start with them September 2022.
They have a 10month old and both parents will be returning to work (split between office and work). The ideal hours would 8am - 7pm but they could accommodate less for the right candidate. Both parents have full on roles so they do need an experienced, kind, nurturing, fun nanny to take care of their little girl.
The role is Monday - Friday and will be on a sole charge basis.
The ideal candidate will be someone who is sensitive and communicative, experienced and intuitive and someone who is proactive and unflappable. Someone who has age appropriate experience and is confident with the developmental stages. A confident approach to childcare overall will be needed but also the ability to work alongside parents and keep them informed/work with them to help bring up their daughter.
Excellent English a must and who has a great energy about them.
They have no pets and a driver is a bonus but not a deal breaker. They space for off street parking for a small car if the nanny were to drive.
£650-750 net per week with gross stipulated in the contract.
The family are needing a temp nanny from June-Aug and so very open to having the nanny start on a say 3 days per week or 5 x 1/2 days for this period and then starting full time come September.
