Lovely new role for a nanny to work with a family in vibrant Ladbroke Grove. This family have a little girl of 2.5 years old and a baby of 4 months. The family have had a lovely nanny for over two years who is leaving mid April but the new nanny fell through therefore the family are again looking for a permanent nanny
The role can be live in or live out and although the family have a preference for live in they can also consider live out for the right candidate.
If live in there is a lovely nanny accommodation on the nannies own floor of bedroom. bathroom and kitchenette. There is no need to drive but it is a bonus. The family would love a German speaking nanny. This is not a deal breaker but it is a strong preference for the permanent role. The right nanny will have recent good baby references with this age group and a good understanding of weaning. They will be used to working with two children of these age groups together as this is a sole charge role. The family require the nanny to have stayed a reasonable while in most previous nanny roles ideally at least two years plus for each role
The nanny will be fun, kind and happy to attend groups and classes. The oldest child needs an energetic nanny as she is very high energy and someone who will be happy to do social playdates etc. This would suit a nanny who is capable of instilling boundaries and limits with this age range.
The nanny should be happy to travel as the family do have various short trips to Europe and the US planned and a passport allowing easy travel to the US would be needed. The role involves nursery duties only as there is a housekeeper and the children have no allergies or food issues. A driver is a bonus but not essential. The hours for live in will be Monday to Friday 7-7 and for live out 8am would be the latest start time. Must be fully vaccinated due to their being a vulnerable baby in the household and travel needed. The family are happy to pay an above average salary for the right person who meets all their requirements and can start reasonably soon although they can wait a little for the perfect candidate with a temp nanny
