A relaxed, professional family in Canonbury (Islington) are looking for a nanny to care for their baby boy, who is 14 months old.
He is a very active, happy and smiley baby. He goes to a couple of classes a week right now and the parents would love to continue to enhance his social development with classes/playdates etc.
The ideal nanny will be reliable, honest and have great initiative. You should be kind and patient but also interested in developing his curiosity and keeping him active and engaged. Ideally someone energetic with good experience caring for a child through various ages and stages, from baby to toddler and beyond.
You will follow his routine, keep him engaged, play with him, go to the park, do sensory play and generally keep him active and take care of nursery duties (they have a separate cleaner).
You will work 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
There is strong chance this will turn into a nanny share at the end of 2022. The mum's sister lives locally is just about to have her first baby and will be returning to work at the end of next year.
Start date: May 2022
Salary: £40000-44000 /year gross
