Four day nanny required in East Sheen to care for baby born January 2022. The role would ideally start around June although the family could consider an earlier start or possibly delay the start until August depending on the candidate found. The ideal would be approximately a 50 hour week across four days (ideally Monday – Thursday but again flexible on days for the right person). The role will predominantly be sole charge although mum is on maternity leave initially. Their priority is securing a nanny who truly loves their job and is willing to invest (as the family is) in establishing a close, long-term working relationship. Personality-wise someone they are looking for someone that is kind, honest and also willing to work closely with them/mum especially since the baby will only be around 4/5 months old when the nanny starts. The candidate should also be flexible, e.g. have the flexibility to stay later if they have work commitments in the evening etc., and they'll be as flexible as possible in return. The candidate must be dependable, willing to take care of light housework, potentially willing to travel occasionally. Driver not currently needed (the family are reviewing this requirement).
