About the job
We are looking for a warm, loving, creative and flexible nanny to look after a gorgeous baby boy who is 6 months old and his adorable 3-year-old sister. The children are in a lovely routine, very happy and well behaved. The little girl attends nursery in the mornings which is a 5-minute walk away. They also have two cute small dogs, so you need to be comfortable to have them around, but no care is needed.
The family are down to earth, kind, and generous and need cover for their current nanny who needs to take some time off work. This will be for a 4–5-month contract until September but may be extended.
It is essential you have experience with babies from 6 months and feel confident to take care of the children on your own and be comfortable to work alongside the mum, who is on maternity leave but is also working on her own work projects. She will be busy and wants extra support to keep the children cared for, busy, stimulated, and curious.
The family are looking for a fun and engaging nanny who will read their children’s needs and be a good support. You need to be professional and flexible to work around the needs of the family and be a team player. Ideally you will be happy to do some occasional travelling in the UK or possibly abroad in the future.
