Daily Nanny in Pulloxhill, Bedfordshire

A friendly, laidback, family living in Pulloxhill, Bedfordshire are looking for a nanny to care for their two boys aged 8 years and 4 years.
The children will be attending two different schools, one in Bedford and the other in Barton-Le-Clay. The older child will be travelling to school on the bus and the nanny will need to be there to meet him from the bus when he returns from school. The younger child will need to be collected from school by the nanny and so a driver is essential.
Both of the boys are very energetic and love spending time outside and with 4 acres of land there is plenty of space for them to explore at home. The oldest boy is very sporty and likes to have a go at new things but particularly loves football. The youngest child is fascinated by, and has a huge love of, animals and wildlife. Both of the boys are complete Lego fanatics!
The family are able to offer a large degree of flexibility with regards to hours and duties, however the essential hours the nanny must be able to work are 3pm – 7pm, Monday – Friday. The minimum number of hours available are 20 hours per week, however the family can offer a maximum of 28 hours during school term times (34 weeks of the year) if you are happy to carry out 8 hours of housekeeping which can be used on any days, and up to 45 hours during school holidays (18 weeks of the year).
The duties expected on the nanny will depend on the number of hours they are working. If it is the minimum number of hours then there will be just childcare related duties including support with homework and providing an evening meal for the children. However, if the nanny would like to work for more hours then additional duties can be made available including full housekeeping responsibilities, washing, ironing, cleaning, household errands etc.
