Baby Nanny needed in South Kensington

This is a lovely role being the first nanny for a family in South Kensington who have a little boy of 8 months old. This is a sole charge live out position. The family would ideally like an early April start date as the mother is returning to work but they can wait a little for the right person. The hours required are 8am-6pm Monday to Friday,

The mother will work in the home office and the nanny will be expected to get on with the running the little boys day (although of course mum will come out for the odd cuddle!) This is a cheerful and bubbly little boy and the nanny will do all the usual nursery duties, cook his meals, and take him to playdates, groups and classes.It would be great if the nanny would run little errands like the dry cleaners or post office or do a little tidy while he is sleeping but the family are not looking for a housekeeper. The family would like a nanny who has a good understanding of the states of development, someone who is proactive to suggest which toys, activities or classes will help with the next stage of development and teach him the skills that he will need for when he eventually goes off to nursery..Good fluent English and a positive cheerful personality is required. A kind nanny with an easygoing muck in approach would work well with this relaxed, friendly family.

You will need to have good recent baby experience and excellent references from this, as well as being flexible and enthusiastic to work with babies. The nanny should be tidy and hygienic in dealing with the babies care. no need to drive, no need to travel, and no pets. The mother has a little limited mobility so she would really appreciate if a nanny would ensure the baby is not missing out on any experiences that she may find physically tricky to do so fab if the nanny is happy to take part in these activities, The family are happy to pay a good market rate and the nanny will work on payroll
