Daily Nanny sought in a small village near Saffron Walden in CB11, Essex, with two children aged 3 in July (G) and 8 months (G). The eldest attends nursery 2 days per week and will move to three days a week at pre-school in September (help required for pick up and drop offs on some days). The role will be a mixture of sole and shared care whilst Mum is on maternity leave (until July/August). The Nanny will be responsible for all nursery duties, cooking, planning activities, helping with developmental milestones, and enforcing good behaviour. The ideal nanny will be positive and routine-driven with good initiative and a muck-in attitude. Taking the children outdoors for fresh air each day is a must! Fluent English speaker and driver essential. Hours: 8am – 6pm on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (to go up to at least 4 days when mother returns to work. Some room for flexibility on days). Occasional proxy parenting required in the evenings/overnight. Option for Nanny to live in whilst on duty if required. Family would ideally like the Nanny to travel to London with the girls occasionally, where they have a flat, and overseas on some family holidays, although this is not essential. Interviews to commence right away for an May/June start. Salary: Up to £12phn – £15phn (£30,797gpa), however this can be flexible for the perfect candidate.
