About the job
We are looking for a confident nanny who has a bubbly, positive approach, is caring and calm with at least 5 years’ experience working with babies from 5 or 6 months old to support first time parents. The family have an almost 6-month-old baby girl and would love to find a creative nanny who can work on three or four days a week to take care of their daughter.
The parents are both professional, understanding, and supportive and would like to find a nanny who can work in partnership with them with caring for their daughter and help her to reach all her developmental milestones. Both will be WFH on some days.
They would like a nanny who genuinely loves her job, is interested in early development and is passionate about working with babies. As they are first time parents, they are looking for a nanny who can offer advice and support, including help with sleep routines and baby led weaning by introducing the baby to a variety of healthy food (she also has a dairy intolerance).
It is essential you have a fluent level of English. They would like an organised nanny who has high standards of hygiene. You must also be happy to work 3- or 4-days per week for 30-32 hours.

EXPERIENCE: minimum of 5 years nannying experience with babies from 6 months as well as being able to support with weaning and establishing routines. It is preferable if you have worked with first time parents before, so you understand the role and can make subtle suggestions.
PERSONALITY: calm, high energy, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, loving, nurturing, kind, fun, positive, flexible, creative, patient person who is well-organised, trustworthy, independent, "can do" attitude, responsible, punctual, warm, efficient, positive, has attention to detail and is motivated.
