Rota Nanny for HNW family in Kensington, London

Energetic, bubbly nanny-educator/ nanny-governess, to work in a rota nanny position in central London. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Live out when not on rota. The successful candidate will be responsible for all nursery duties, this includes cooking, keeping nursery and bedroom clean, toys and books clean, laundry for the child, planning appropriate activities and outings.
Must be willing to co-ordinate with family and be happy to change plans at short notice.
Full nanny duties, but also be the educator/ governess and set up fun and educational activities and games to stimulate child. Be happy to get down and play at floor level for extended periods of time. Must be energetic, engaging and patient. The child will be attending school in September, so governess will not be required to be sole teacher, simply instrumental in supporting.

Ideal candidate:
High calibre, energetic, bubbly educated nanny-governess with suitable previous experience. Some who has previously worked for UHNW/VIP family could work well, but not a requirement. Someone with nanny experience as well as teaching experience in a primary school/ prep school would be well suited. Essential is to have a flexible attitude and a can-do mindset, positive outlook, resilient, works well as part of a team but also comfortable taking charge, being organised, responsible, reliable, forward planning, initiative and high standards. The right person is more important than the amount of experience.

Requirements
Demonstrate longevity of jobs (your CV should show that you stay in your jobs for a long time, 4 years, 3 or 2 years each job)
Nanny and governess or nanny and primary school teaching experience with young children
Up to date with all Covid Vaccinations.
Good references for recent and relevant nanny/ governess work.
Preferably worked for a HNW / VIP family previous in a role which required 24 hr or night cover and packing of suitcases and liaising with other staff.
Sound knowledge of early years development and curriculum (preferably Reception, Y1 and Y2 curriculum knowledge)
Able to plan fun, interesting and educational activities.
Kind and caring, warm and bubbly personality
Live in or close to London.
Right to work in UK. EU passport advantageous for European travel.
