Job Summary: This family are looking for someone to care for their little girl who is 17 months old. This role is one day per week and will be focused on giving her a full variety of stimulation.

General duties: This role requires someone who is passionate and experienced with child development and taking the lead with milestones. The family are happy for the nanny to take G17 months out to activities, planning play dates for socialisation, going to classes and implementing learning moments. Someone who has experience potty training and can help lead this would be ideal. This role requires a creative candidate who is proactive and really enjoys working with this age group. G17 months will likely start nursery around 3 years old and by this time will likely have a new sibling, at which time the nanny might start spending the day with the youngest child but will re-evaluate when the time comes.

Candidate requirements: Someone with a lot of experience with this age group, able to lead the child through milestones and come up with a really creative and stimulating routine. The family have a dog so need someone who is happy to work in a house with pets. It would be advantageous if the nanny is able to drive and has their own vehicle they can use for work. This is a calm, positive, warm and nurturing household and requires someone of the same nature. The nanny should be able to take over seamlessly from the parents on their working day and provide as similar as possible atmosphere for G17 months.
