ROTA Nanny for HNW family in Kensington, London

Our clients, a HNW professional couple based in Kensington, are seeking a live-out Rota Nanny for their two sons, aged 1 & 4 (both turning 2 & 5 in August).

The family are looking for someone who is fun, well-mannered, warm natured and loving.

Your focus must be on the individual and building their potential, identifying their preferences and interests. Someone capable of stimulating their emotional, and intellectual development, someone with a more open and modern concept of education. If you have experience as a Teacher/Educator or have worked in a nursery environment - this would be a bonus.

Both of their sons are very active, and the eldest loves spending time outdoors, he loves books, different activities, and he is very vocal about his feelings, likes and dislikes. Someone who is willing to come up with new ideas, activities and ways to stimulate both boys is desired.

All general Nanny duties apply, along with the following:

Creating a fun environment
Organising playdates and activities
Supporting the growth of active, polite, and healthy children
Helping with homework
Being mindful of the children’s feelings. Showing empathy, as well as empowering them
Implementing and supporting children’s safety
Light meal prep for the children when the chef is off
Occasional babysitting
The household have a small team of domestic staff who you will be joining to ensure the smooth running of their household – so it is key that you are a team player.

Please note that the family travel through school holidays so you must be willing to accompany them.

It is essential that you possess the following:

Confident communicator
Have prior experience working with children of similar ages
Comfortable around pets – the family have a small dog
Team player
Glowing references
Seeking a long-term position
A driver would be a bonus but not essential to be considered for the position.
Contract Length: Permanent – Live-out
Location: Kensington
Start Date: Early May

Children: 2 Children: 1 & 4 years old

Working Days: 2 Week Rota – living out
Working Hours: 7:30am - 7:30pm

Salary: circa £55,000 (negotiable for the right candidate)
