Beautiful farm location -Lovely young family looking for an energetic kind, loving Nanny housekeeper who loves the countryside and animals. Separate accommodation on offer!

Job Summary: This lovely family with three young children are looking for a nanny who is happy to pitch in and help a busy mum. They live on an active farming estate near Ludlow. They have dogs and ponies and hope you will embrace both the children and the animals. Both parents work, dad full time and mum part time from the home. Life is very busy, and the ideal person will love being around a young family where there is lots of laughter and love. The youngest child a boy had a life saving operating when he was a baby and must have medication administered. The family also run an outdoor kindergarten and if you are interested in early years education there is opportunity to gain experience and work with a great team too. The family do employ a part time cleaner; no deep cleaning would be required but the family would want someone who can pitch in and help out where needed

General duties:

A mix of sole and shared care
Planning age-appropriate games and activities, reading and crafts
Help prepare the children for school
Assist with homework and reading
School runs
Arranging play dates, trips, and adventures
Riding with the girls
Keeping the playroom organised and tidy
Wardrobe management
Babysitting and proxy parenting
Cooking for the family – everyone eats the same
Shopping and errands
Help with the laundry
Administering medication

Candidate requirements:

It is essential you are used to country life, this is a beautiful farm location
Confident driver- a car is provided
Good experience working with young children
Fluent English skills-to help with homework, reading and spelling
Active with a good level of fitness, the children love being outdoors
An animal lover – bonus if you have experience with ponies
A happy, muck in personality who can work well in a team with mum in running the home and taking acre of the children
