Job Summary: A lovely family living in Wandsworth Common are looking to replace their amazing nanny who worked for them for 7 years! They are a friendly and fun family to work for and offer flexibility along with a great working environment. They have got two older daughters, 5 & 7 years old whom are both in school in Clapham. Therefore, the family require fewer hours in the term time, but full-time in the holidays. The family are willing to pay a generous full-time salary to balance out throughout the year! Parents both work full-time hybrid roles, a mix of office and home working, however this will be a completely sole charge role. When grandparents are in the UK (roughly 100 days per year), they are very hands on and enjoy spending as much time with the children, allowing the nanny to have more flexibility and often finish earlier around 5/6pm.

Day & hours:

Term time: Monday – Friday, 3.30pm – 6.30/7pm (would be helpful if the candidate could also help with 2 mornings per week, however this is not essential)

Holidays: Monday – Friday 8am – 6.30/7pm.

General duties:

Sole charge childcare duties
Nursery duties, including keeping the house/playroom tidy after the girls
Bathing the girls
During the holidays arranging playdates and fun/stimulating activities
Cooking would be a bonus, 1 night per week batch cooking (Mum arranges a meal plan)
Assisting with homework support

Candidate requirements:

Someone who is organised and enjoys following a structured workday would enjoy this role
Driver would be a huge advantage
Non smoker
Neighbours have a cat which often pops in to say hello, so ideally cat friendly
It would be a bonus if the nanny could help with academic support
Mum has established a good working routine with the children and would ideally like the nanny to follow in this routine
