Working Days: Monday to Friday 50 hours * would love a later start and later finish on one night till around 9pm if possible
Start Date: End of August, flexible to start while mum is on maternity leave now, and option to work part time to start till September
Girls, Girls Girls! Great job just in for a house full of girls. Returning clients are looking to hire a full-time career nanny, nice working hours in a trendy Southeast location with everything accessible by walking or public transport!
Job Summary: This lovely family with three girls are looking for an experienced career nanny. Mum is currently on maternity leave but is working part time, ideally, they would love someone to start now on a part time basis then full time by September, however they are also opened to paying full time now, but mum will be around more. The focus will be the baby as the older two girls are in school full time and hey employ an afternoon nanny to help with them. Driving is not required at this stage but would be desirable and the family have no pets.
General duties:
Sole charge
Planning activities that will stimulate and help in the baby’s development
Weaning and potty training
Children’s laundry
Keeping the nursery and play areas tidy
Preparing healthy
Arranging play dates
Preparing snacks and meals once weaned
Keeping toys clean and replenished when needed
Salary: up to £52,000 gross per annum depending on experience (£12-£14 net per hour)
Candidate requirements:
The family are looking for a confident career nanny who has experience working with babies and can hit the ground running. It is important that you are comfortable with all stages of the early years development and can implement a structured routine. The older girls are in school but will be around in the holidays although they will mostly be in camps or play dates, some help with them may be required at times. Driving is not essential but would be desirable, good fluent English skills are needed but does not have to be your native language, in addition there is a strong preference for a childcare qualification. The ideal nanny will be smiley, positive, can take charge with a degree of flexibility .
