Job Summary: New clients to Eden are looking for an upbeat active nanny, their current nanny has been with them for over 9 years. Both girls are well behaved, happy children, the older one will be starting Putney high school in September which is in walking distance to the home but the younger one needs to be driven to school. The ideal nanny will be fun, kind and active, the family live in walking distance to Putney heath and Wimbledon common is also close by. The parents would like their girls to be encouraged to be independent, polite and well mannered. Both parents work but mum will be a mix of home and office. They also have a very affectionate bulldog. The family have a car for you to use and are happy for you to take it home during the week if it’s easier

General duties:

Sole charge care of the girls
School runs- driving
Preparing healthy meals for the family and snacks for the children (mum does love to cook but would welcome some help with cooking)
Walking the family dog daily
Children laundry, and general tidy up of their rooms and play areas- encouraging the girls to help
Helping with homework
Arranging fun activities during the school holidays
Running some local errands for the family, ( post office, dry cleaners etc)
Booking appointments for the girls

Candidate requirements:

Experience working with similar ages
Fluent English
A childcare degree or background in education but not essential
Ability to help with homework
An active and upbeat personality, will encourage the girls to be active and independent
A confident driver
Comfortable around dogs
A good role model for the girls- teaching manners etc
