Summer Travel Nanny in London, Paris & Milan

Full-time temporary English-speaking Teacher/Nanny required for B7, G6 & G2 located in London + Europe, £200 – £300 per day, start 9th July

A high-profile Pakistani/American family is seeking a professional and qualified Teacher/Nanny to join their family for their travels.

While the family is in London they are seeking a teacher to assist with the education and development of the older children. This will include subject mentoring, assistance with school work/homework and delivering classes in accordance to academic level. You will help with their general knowledge along with etiquette and social skills.

From the 23rd – 31st of July, the family travel to Milan, a short return to London and then to Paris from 15th August – 19th August.

During this time you will be required to travel with them and assist in the daily needs and routines of the children, with more focus on the youngest child, aged 2. You will be expected to provide a fun caring environment during their travels and assist with getting the children organised – getting them up in the mornings, dressed and ready for the day ahead. You will promote development in all areas – physical, emotional and educational and ensure developmental milestones are met. You will assist with mealtimes, bath time and bedtime. Other duties will include keeping their wardrobe and belongings in order, and packing/unpacking at each destination.

An ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher (PGCE), confident in delivering an array of classes as well as confident in meeting the daily needs of all the children with a kind caring and friendly nature. Previous experience of working in private households is desired. The candidate will have a sense of adventure, and be energetic.

The working schedule in London will be 6 days per week, 6 hours per day, from 8 am to 2 pm.

During the times of travel, the working schedule is 6 days on/1 day off, working up to 12 hours per day.

The salary on offer is £200 – £300 per day.

This role is suitable for someone who already lives in London as no accommodation is provided during this part of their stay. All travel costs and accommodation is provided for times of travel.

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher (PGCE)
Experience of working in a private household.
Knowledge and understanding of the British/American curriculum
