Brilliant nanny or nanny PA position in SW London for a nanny looking to work with school aged children! Great opportunity to take on household PA duties as well!

Job Summary: This family are looking for someone to join their family and support with their two primary school age sons. They are open to a Nanny or a Nanny PA depending on what the candidate is looking for and how many hours per week as detailed above. The boys will be year 1 and year 3 in the next school year.

Days and hours:

Core hours needed would be 2.30pm – 7.30pm if solely a nannying role, could do 1.30pm – 7.30pm to make 30 hours. £25,000 – £30,000 Gross per annum
For Nanny PA can offer up to 45 hours per week (start time flexible each day to make up 45hrs a week but must work 2.30am – 7.30pm everyday). £38,500 – £49,500 Gross per annum

General duties:

School pick ups for both children, one school is walking distance and the other is a 10-20min drive depending on traffic – need to be organised!
Preparing evening meals for the boys, good if you can prep before school pick up
Organising all children’s clothes and school bags ready for the next day
Dinner, bath, bed routine
Assisting with and managing boys homework
If taking on PA component of role, this would expand into duties such as meal planning and prep for the whole family, holiday camp planning for boys, family errands, organising insurance, bills, refunds, deliveries, post etc.

Candidate requirements:

Experience with school aged children
Confident driver with clean full driver’s license – family will provide auto vehicle to use
Confident assisting with homework
Someone energetic and active to keep up with two high-energy boys
Able to manage two children well, firm but fair and not be raising voices etc.
Someone who will have fun in the role and genuinely enjoys caring for children!
Great with logistics, organised
Confident planning journeys on public transport with children when not driving
Someone committed to a role long-term, really want someone to settle in and also be looking for longevity with a family, provide consistency for the children
Up to date and clear UK DBS or overseas equivalent
