Live in Nanny in Tooting, London

We are looking for a kind, caring, trust-worthy, active & loyal live-in nanny for our daughter Lettie.
We live in Tooting, South-West London and will require 45 hours a week Monday – Thursday with a
half day on Friday. Our little girl is currently eight months old and has a gentle, calm character which we are
hoping to find someone to nurture.
We are new to parenthood and would value the knowledge of our nanny to ensure our daughters
development is fully supported. We hope to offer a fulfilling, open, honest evolving opportunity for
someone who is keen to bring a positive energy to engage, entertain and build a strong relationship
& bond with her and feel truly part of our family.
We are hoping our nanny has a keen interest in creativity, cooking and music all things we have tried
to make a part of her early life. It is essential to us that kindness, good manners, patience and
honesty are key values upheld within in our household.
Duties include daily sole charge of our baby, implementing any new age-appropriate routines, cooking
healthy and balanced meals, laundry, keeping her bedroom and playroom tidy, researching and
attending activity classes, packing for weekends/holidays, hosting & creating a local bimonthly
children and nanny event at our house.
We look forward to showing our nanny the neighbourhood in which we live in, it hosts plenty of
commons, children’s playgrounds and playgroups. The nanny will have use of our family car and we
are 15 minutes from several train/tube stations with easy access to most of central London and we
are extremely well connected by buses. We hope our nanny will be keen to explore and become part
of the community.
We are both fulltime working parents but outside of work our focus is with our family and
friends. You will have your own double room and en-suite bathroom including TV & Wifi, with an
additional room for us to create a playroom for Lettie in the day and a retreat for you in the evenings.
We have regular trips to West Sussex Countryside & Cornwall to see family, we’d welcome the
nanny on our visits if it were of interest but not essential.
We will really invest time and effort into making the role a fully rounded experience to make sure
this role is a brilliant beginning to our nanny’s career.
