Live-in Nanny Job, Clapham, London, Up to £30,000 - £33,000 gross per year, Starts: ASAP

Lovely family based in Clapham are looking for a live-in Nanny to assist with the care of their 3 children; a boy aged 3 and girl aged 1 and a baby of 4 months. Mum is at home so the role is a mixture of sole and shared care although her main focus is for the baby at this time. The family are looking for a cheerful, upbeat, fun, easy-going, pro-active, imaginative and confident Nanny who will respect the family’s need for privacy yet become part of the family. A part-time cleaner is also employed.

Duties

Nursery duties and cooking fresh and healthy meals for the children (including some batch cooking)
Nursery drop-off/pick-up-the 3 year old attends nursery in the mornings
Keeping on top of things that are needed for the children eg nappies, wipes etc.
Providing a variety of activities for the children to include lots of outdoors activities (both children are very active) as well as home-based activities such as baking and crafts
Assisting Mum with the care of the baby
Occasional proxy parenting
Specification

Days – Monday to Friday typically although the family would like the flexibility of the Nanny working some weeks doing Tuesday to Saturday instead
Hours – 7am-7pm
Babysitting – 2 evenings per week
Accommodation – Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living area and kitchen on the top floor
Driver – Essential
Languages - Fluent English essential
Travel – Yes, there will be some travel required in the future
Salary – Between £30,000 - £33,000 GPA
Start date – ASAP
