Full time Nanny in Bayswater, London

We are looking for a warm, loving, and proactive nanny to help care for two adorable boys ages 3-months-old and almost 18 months starting ASAP. The mum is currently not working yet but is very busy and looking for support so she can focus on having a little time for herself and one to one time with both of her children. They need the nanny to be comfortable to have parents being around and to work in a team with them. The dad works long hours office based, so he is not around to support during the day. They would love a nanny who can be part of the family and a great support to them.

They are looking for a thoughtful, fun, and kind nanny who enjoys being active and who genuinely loves their job and spending time with babies and toddlers. They would love their nanny to offer advice and support as their children reach new stages and be able to follow their parenting style. It would be great if you can advise and support with engaging the boys in fun activities as they get older and help them to reach their milestones.

The parents would like to find a fluent English-speaking nanny who enjoys smiles and affection and who can engage with the children. They want someone who can multitask, support with their established routines and be a self-starter. They need a nanny who is COVID vaccinated, ideally happy to travel if needed (not a deal breaker) and who is happy to commit long term. They need a 7 am start so it would be suited to someone who does not live too far away.

LOCATION: Bayswater, W2

START: ASAP

DAYS: Monday to Friday

HOURS: 7 am – 6 pm

PAY: £53,000 - £55,000 gross per year depending on experience

EXPERIENCE: minimum of 8 years nannying experience with babies from 3 months old as well as being able to support with weaning and managing the routines for the children as they get older. Nursery experience is a plus and someone who has a good understanding and passion for working with and developing babies and toddlers. An interest in cooking fresh healthy meals for the children is also important. Ideally you have worked with two young children at the same time and can support this wonderful family in this exciting journey.

PERSONALITY: enthusiastic, calm, gentle, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, energetic, loving, outdoorsy, nurturing, kind, fun, positive, highly flexible, multi-tasker, proactive, creative, patient, organised, trustworthy, independent, "can do" attitude, responsible, punctual, warm, positive, firm yet fair, safety conscious and motivated.

DUTIES:
Usual nanny duties and responsibilities to care for the children to include:
- Planning and delivering appropriate activities for fun and learning and development, both in and out of the home, such as attending local classes appropriate for their age group, going for walks and attending playgroups and play dates.
- Support with cooking for the children and preparing fresh and healthy meals.
- Tidying up after the children when in your care.
- Light housekeeping around the children – they have a housekeeper 3 times per week.
- Looking after their health and safety.
- Following routines and other developmental milestones.
- Occasional evening babysitting if available and travel if you are able to 2 x per year for 1-2 weeks maximum, but not essential
No deep cleaning required as they have a cleaner 3 x per week
