Temporary Live in Nanny in Highgate, London

Family is seeking a temporary nanny to care for two children G4 and B18 months while their current nanny is recovering from surgery.
Your responsibilities include getting both children ready for the morning, keeping them engaged and entertained with activities and outings, and other standard nursery duties which will entail preparing the children’s meals, maintaining their routines and dealing with their laundry as well as keeping their play area neat and tidy.

The 4 year old attends nursery from 9 am to 4 pm every day, you’ll be responsible for dropping and collecting her – about a 5 minute walk away. The little one enjoys going to the local park and still has a 2 hour nap at lunch time each day.

Dad will be working from home the first week in order to be able to assist with any questions etc, however he will be travelling for the 2nd week of the booking. Mum works flexible hours away from the home; you will therefore be required to work Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6.30 pm in the first week, but will need to be slightly flexible with working hours in the 2nd week depending on Mum’s working schedule.

You will have your own bedroom and bathroom in the house for the duration.

You should be a fun and engaging nanny, with the ability to be proactive. Mum’s work means she can’t take calls during the day, so you should be able to handle anything that crops up with the children.
