Permanent Nanny needed in Henley On Thames

A really lovely family are looking for a permanent nanny to start with them late June/ July. They have three children aged 8, 4 and 2 years of age and are open to both a live in OR live out nanny.
If the nanny were to live out, the family will need the nanny to stay over 1-2 nights per week to help with the early morning. The nights may vary but will always be agreed in advance, so the ideal candidate would have an element of flexibility.
Live out hours: Monday - Wednesday, 12pm - 7pm, Thursday and Friday 7am - 7pm so the nanny would need to stay over Wednesday and Thursday nights.
Live in hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 10pm and then 12pm - 7pm so a nice little break in the middle.
The family are looking for someone who has a lovely warm energy, someone bright and bubbly as well as being fun, organised and down to earth. Someone with early years experience and a love for the role a must. The ideal candidate will be an animal lover and outdoorsy. There is a dog that needs a bit of a walk each day and the family have horses. (If you are a horse lover, then that’s an added bonus.)
A driver is a must as the family do live rurally and require a driver for school runs etc.
The older children are at school most of the time, so the role will largely be taking care of the little boy. He is very fun and easy and they would love for the nanny to get him about and about and take him to activities and build a little network for him.
The role is shared care with the mum and is very much a divide and conquer approach. Mum is very down to earth and easy going and would be very easy to work alongside.
The family do have a full time Housekeeper/Cook as well as a part time Housekeeper so there won’t be too much washing etc, however the nanny would keep on top of the children’s rooms as well as meal prep for the children.
If the role were to be live in the family can offer a separate bedroom room with a little kitchen and bathroom within the house that is far away from parents in a separate section. There may also be an option of a studio flat at the stables but it’s not ready yet.
There will be elements of travel in the holidays.
Willow has placed a nanny with this family before and so know them very well and they are just lovely. This is a super lovely role!!
