Live in ROTA Nanny in Belgravia, London

Full Time Live In Nanny working 2 weeks a month on either a 1 week on 1 week off basis OR two weeks on 2 weeks off.

A wonderful opportunity to work as a professional full time Nanny with a family well known to The Nanny Connection. The family have a little Newborn baby aged 11 weeks, and a bright and happy little 5 year old. Although a formal and professional role, the family are warm and welcoming, and do their best to work with their staff and look after them, creating a great working environment for all to work together.

The family are looking for a fun, driven, educational nanny who is well organised and enjoys engaging with children on their level. You will be able to set up sensory activities for the baby, adapting those activities to the developmental needs as the baby grows, as well as educational and stimulating games for the 5 year old, with a fun twist. The little boy enjoys sports like football and swimming, as well as going to the park for a run around. You will be able to run with the children’s routines, adapting if needed.

You will have excellent common sense with a strong work ethic. This is a busy household, with demanding ages, and although you will also have the support of a housekeeper/nanny and Mum, you will be expected to work independently and use initiative. Travel will be expected in this role, as the family like to travel to Mauritius, Dubai and Europe.

Although this is a similar working pattern to a rota role, you will be paid for the time worked instead of all year round. At the moment, as the baby is so young, the family are looking for a nanny who would be prepared to work 24 hours at the moment, to cover the nights for the baby's waking periods. The baby is in an excellent routine, and wakes only 1-2 times a night for a feed and resettles quickly. You will have worked with a newborn before and be comfortable and knowledgeable on caring for this age group. The little 5 year old sleeps through the night.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a Nanny new to the rota pattern, who would like to experience this type of role, as you will have lots of support from the family, as well as the housekeeper and two other nannies.

Days and Hours: 24 hours 1 week on 1 week off OR 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Experience: With the age groups ESSENTIAL/Qualifications beneficial 3-5 years experience
Salary: TBD dependant on experience In range of £33-£35k gross per annum (£2095 net per month for 2 weeks per month)
