We are looking for an experienced and warm Nanny to join a busy family of 5 in Weybridge!

A returning client of Baby Steps is looking for a Nanny to replace their current Nanny, as she is sadly moving away!

The family has a baby boy aged 1, he will be with the Nanny all day. They also have a daughter aged 4 who goes to nursery 3 full days and 2 mornings and their eldest son who is in full-time school is aged 8 years old.

This role is predominantly sole charge, despite Mum being at home. She is regularly out at meetings, appointments, etc.. and the family home is big enough so that the Nanny won't be bumping into her. The family is happy for the Nanny to work independently and work on their own initiative. There may be days where the Nanny works alongside Mum caring for the baby or that the Nanny tag teams with Mum for pick-ups/after-school activities etc..

The Nanny will help with the morning drop-off, and the morning routine and would then return home and take care of the baby boy. The Nanny will take him to local activities and groups and get him socialising with other babies of a similar age. The family would also like a Nanny who is confident with creating stimulating play and engaging activities within the home too. The Nanny will also have the eldest children during the school holidays so must be confident with looking after all 3.

The family has a puppy- a Hungarian vizsla (1.5 year old) who will be within the home, so it is a MUST that the Nanny is comfortable around dogs. The Nanny will not need to care for the dog.

The role is 3 days per week, and the days would ideally be Tues, Weds, and Thurs OR Mon, Weds and Thurs, however, there is some flex on this for the right candidate!

Hours are 7.45 AM-5.45 PM (30 hours PW)

A driver is essential for this role, as their house is based in St Georges Hill, therefore, there are no buses or trains local. The Nanny however will not have to use their own car and will be provided with a Nanny car to use for work-related duties.

This role is to start ASAP, with some flexibility on this!

Salary of up to £20 Gross PHR- dependent on experience and qualifications.

All candidates must have a clean UK driving licence, paediatric first aid, age-related experience (as a Nanny with the ages of 12 months+), enhanced clean DBS check on the update service, and a big smile and positive attitude!
