Live in or Daily Nanny required in Gloucestershire to work in a beautiful family home. The children split their time between mum and dads house. You will usually work 10 days on and 4 days off which will cover every other weekend. The accommodation will be a self-contained 1-bedroom annex with a separate entrance to the main house. It has an open plan kitchen/living area with a wood burner, shower over the bath and an upstairs bedroom.
Position: Full time nanny to three children (11, eight and six years) in a rural village setting. Working alongside mother.
10 days on 14 and half of all school holidays. Looking for a long-term candidate. Non-smoker and clean driving licence.
Personality:
Bubbly, enthusiastic and positive. Kind but firm, with a good sense of humour. Outdoorsy, sporty/game - up for getting involved in kids play, regardless of ball-skills prowess. Must be an animal-lover.
Job-spec:
Usual nannying household duties - kids meal preparation, activity organising, laundry, keeping bedroom/playroom mess under control.
Sole parenting when necessary.
Must be experienced with glowing references.
Ideally teaching/tutoring qualifications/experience to support scholarship work of eldest child and additional reading support for middle child.
