Attention baby nannies an early start of 6.30am is needed for this great family who we just placed a weekend nanny with and will testify what a lovely family they are to work for. Competitive salary on offer and chance to travel with the family on some of their holidays!

Job Summary: This family is lovely to work for as described by the current weekend nanny we placed with them. They have a little boy who is 8 months old and a dream baby, who is smiley and in a very good routine. He is not quite crawling yet but that won’t be long, the family also have a very friendly Labrador retriever who is very much part of the family. Mum is a stay-at-home mum but is looking for mostly sole charge. This is a Live in position Monday to Friday only

Accommodation: own bedroom with bathroom

General duties:

Mostly sole charge
Preparing bottles, food and feeding – he is enjoying his vegetables and will soon start on protein
Reading and Planning stimulating activities to aid with his development
Getting outside for walks and fresh air
Bath and bedtime routine
Responsible for keeping his nursery and play areas tidy including his laundry

Candidate requirements:

Must have experience working with babies and an understanding of all the developmental milestones
Kind and gentle approach who will give lots of cuddles, someone who can use their experience and knowledge to guide these first-time parents on the milestones and what to expect
Must be comfortable with a dog around
Good communication skills
Happy top travel on some of the holidays- the weekend nanny will also travel on some
DBS check required at offer stage
