We are looking for a caring, pro-active and friendly Nanny to join a busy family based in Walton on Thames!

The family are looking for a Nanny to work full time, caring sole charge for their two sons. Their eldest is 4 years old and attends school full time and their youngest is 15 months old, and the Nanny will provide care for him throughout the day as he is at home. (He is currently in a nursery but the family is now looking to have him with a Nanny one to one)

The Nanny will be responsible for getting the boys up, and ready and then doing the school drop-off. The day will then be free to plan stimulating and engaging activities for the toddler, both within the home and outside of the home. The family is happy for the Nanny to be proactive in planning toddler groups, local age-related activities, and fun days out. The Nanny will then do the school pick up, and prepare a healthy and nutritious evening meal before starting the bath and bedtime routine. The Nanny must be organised in creating a diary for the school holidays.

The Nanny must also be comfortable with child-focused light housekeeping duties such as children's laundry, cooking for the children, and general tidying up after meal times/ unloading dishwasher etc..

This role is 100% sole charge, although Mum currently works from home so will also be in the home. The Nanny must be able to demonstrate previous experience as a sole charge Nanny and be confident in working off of their own initiative.

The Nanny will be contracted to work Monday- Friday, with the working hours of 7.30 AM-6PM (52.5 hours PW)

It would be a huge bonus if the Nanny had the capacity to do 2 days a week for settling in until their official start date when they work full time- but this is in no way essential.

The role is to start in Mid/ End of May with interviews taking place at present.

A driver is needed for this role, but the use of the family car can be discussed if the Nanny does not have their own.

Salary of up to £15 Gross PHR (but there is flex on this for the perfect candidate). Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.

The family require a Nanny who is fully vaccinated (had dose 1 and 2)

Previous experience as a sole charge Nanny with a similiar age group is essential to be considered for this position, as well as an enhanced DBS check, paediatric first aid, clean UK driving licence, and 3 Nanny/ childcare references which can be contacted immediately.
