Extra Info: Two rota positions available with this lovely family. They are looking for experienced and confident nannies who have a can do, positive attitude. The nannies need to have worked in demanding roles before where there are many schedules to organise and many little people to please! The family have a full time live in nanny housekeeper so there will always be help on hand when timings collide and they will potentially hire and afternoon nanny as well but would like the rota nannies in place first so that they can have a say in the nanny that would be assisting them. When the family travel the rota will need to switch to two weeks on / two weeks off. The nanny will need to have experience of working with small babies, toddlers and school aged children to be able to manage all needs. The family have found that there is a lot of planning and organisation needed that is hard for the nanny to do with children around so they would like the rota nannies to overlap by 5 hours each week so that the one who has just finished their shift can have the time to close and handover effectively. The nannies must have previous experience of working in fully staffed houses and be an excellent communicator and able to get on well within a team. The two eldest are in school and the 3yr old currently does 5 mornings a week of nursery however from September this may extend. No pets.
Salary: From £60k gross per year
