A really lovely new family living in High Barnet are looking for their first full time Nanny to look after their little boy who will be 6/7 months in July when this role starts. Hours are between 7am – 7pm but you will not always work all of these hours in the week so the salary is set for a 40 hour week minimum and if you do any extra hours then you will be paid for these on top of your salary. The parents need flexibility as mum will be going back to work full time in July and dad is a musician so his working times are flexible depending on when he has practise or is performing, this is why hours may vary but the nanny will be given 2 weeks’ notice for the following weeks hours. Your duties will be to have sole charge of their little boy, taking him out and about to age appropriate activities, classes and stimulating activities at home, making sure you stick to his routine with feeding and sleeping, sterilising his bottles, changing his bedding if needed and keeping his bedroom and play areas tidy and organised. The Nanny needs to be comfortable with weening too as he will be just starting this process. There may be the odd family wash to hang out if mum hasn’t had time but not often. The family are looking for a proactive, loving and warm Nanny who can be flexible too.
